Rhyme and Reason

Written by Trey Alexander Ovens
How do I stop feeling this
Where's this plane taking us
Flying back to a different world
You've got my head shaken up

Nikes on, knees turned away
Reflection on the glass
Was there ever a better way
To make us last

I don't think there is one
Cause I know you moved on
And left me behind
Until another night
How long is this damn flight
I just can't manage being so close
You know it makes me want to cry
Together felt like eternities ago

Drinking wine and having fun

Where did all those days go
I think about everything we've done
Now take your space and grow

In four years time
We'll find a rhyme
And some sort of reason
To what we're feeling
But for now it's just
The two of us
I can't wait much longer
It feels so wrong dear
